as i may see now adays La Carlota are improving Cities right now as ive heard to my sister ang with regards to activities the present mayor are very cooperating to may guest invited like celebrities which is the most awaited of all some nearby towns and barangays just to see thier "Idles" . actually i am a native og La Carlotanians, i am a one of the recipients og "Brotherhood for a Better La carlotaņians, i am graduated at La Carlota City college and presently residing at Dasmariņas, Cavite, Phils.I'll be going home to my hometown every december just to visit my parents and of coures our beloved La Carlotaņians .Hopefully im lanning to got there this coming December I hope that this City will more progressive through the energetic leadership of present mayor . I stumbled upon your website while surfing the net for stuff about my dear hometown La Carlota. I'm not a member of your class but I did go to school there (Grades 1-2) when it was still Pax Academy. The pictures brought nostalgia and made me homesick: Mt. Kanlaon, the different streets I knew so well, especially Yunque St. I used to live and grew up in Lupan-on until high school. Everytime I get a chance to visit the Philippines, it seems like my trip is not complete without going back to my beloved La Carlota. The most memorable visit I had was in 1998 when I took my daughter with me. She had a blast riding the carabao during our trip to Gintubdan. It just feels great to reconnect to one's past.
